01 Jun. 2026 Rotary Youth Exchange Information Session # 1 Jun. 01, 2026 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Click here to register (REQUIRED) This is an information session for our District 5020 Rotary Youth Exchange Program. This will focus on the 2027/28 Acedemic year for our Long Term Program and Summer 2028 for our Short Term Summer Exchange. District 5020 is located on Vancouver Island and Western Washington (Not Seattle) Everyone is welcome to attend but this is geared towards those two areas. We run this info session twice. In June and September, they are identical. We will talk about timelines, expectations, costs and have student and host family speakers. There will be lots of time for questions as well. We recommend the student and at least one parent attend. We run these session twice. Once in June and once in September. We look forward to seeing you at the information session :-)
