This is a fun and engaging weekend, so feel free to bring anything you'd like to share with the group—music, dance, singing, comedy, juggling, magic, drama—you don’t have to be perfect, just ready to participate!

🧳 What to Bring
- 3 days' change of clothes (casual wear—t-shirts, shorts, running shoes, sandals)
- Rotary blazer/jacket for photos and pin exchange
- Pins and business cards to trade with other students
- Your country flag (great for group photos)
- Light jacket (rainproof) and a sweatshirt—it may be cool in the evenings
- Swimsuit and/or clothes that can get wet
- Camera (with your name on it)
- Toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.)
- No laptops, please—they’re not needed during the weekend
🎭 Entertainment Night
Sunday night is Entertainment Night! If you sing, dance, play guitar, juggle, perform magic—or anything else—please come prepared to showcase your talents.
There will be a supportive audience, and we’ll have access to a piano and guitars. Feel free to bring a costume or any instrument you play.

📱 Phones and Devices
- You’re encouraged to take pictures—but we expect phones to be turned off or on airplane mode during presentations or group time.
- If you need your phone for translation, please let your Country Officer know.
- Families are asked not to contact students during the weekend, so students can fully participate.
